Pete spoke to me a few year ago about doing something beer related when I was on the Munchmobile but that never happened. I’m glad that he’s able to do some beer work now. A few weeks back The Star Ledger visited Copper Mine and now they’re profiling some beers on NJ.com. Glad to read their reviews, but I enjoy Hoptopia and Simply Beer’s reviews better.

Andy’s Corner Bar in Bogota is known for its beer selection. Barbara and George put all their time and effort into keeping the bar going and tending to their loyal fan club. The after work crowd sits at the wood bar sipping their ales, pilsners and stouts while enjoying some music and the Food Network on the televisions. The atmosphere changes a little later in the day when George arrives. You know you’re in for a treat.

30 taps in Downtown Freehold @ Court Jester and among those are two of my faves. Dogfish Head 60 Minute IPA and Victory Hop Devil. They are also the only place in NJ to carry Magic Hat Single Chair Ale. It’s dubbed Jester Ale if you’re stopping in. According to the management their taps change often and a few months ago, I convinced them to use BeerMenus.com so they’re off to a good start getting
