FOR IMMEDIATE HIRE:
EXPERIENCED BAR MANAGER / BARTENDER
We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Bar Manager / Bartender to join our growing team.
ABOUT THE POSITION:
Full-time; flexible schedule available. Must be available NIGHTS & WEEKENDS.
Manage relationships with distributors, brewers and liquor companies.
Monitor inventory of craft beer to ensure adequate stock is purchased, maintained and scheduled.
Identify kicked kegs and replenish with scheduled on-deck beers, and update website.
Individual will also provide superior bartending services during scheduled shifts.
Developing enticing craft cocktails and innovative cocktail specials weekly, photographing for social media
Implement and communicate rotating schedule of in-demand craft beers, local beers, and imports based on trends and news
Extensive working knowledge of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages.
Oversee the preparation of beverages and ensure consistency and quality of product served.
Prepare weekly schedules for bartender, barback and server staff to adequately cover all shifts.
Review sales and beverage costs, and reconcile any discrepancies in accounting. Ensure proper cash management.
Hiring and training staff to provide excellent service to patrons.
Additional Skills:
Proficiency with point-of-sale software.
Cicerone Certification a PLUS
5+ years bartending in a similar environment
