Job Description
Bout The Hops Brewing, Inc is looking for a second brewer to join the team.
Qualified candidates will have 2 or more years of professional beer brewing experience on a 5 bbl brew system or larger, be able to work clean, and have attention to detail.
Job responsibilities will include everything from milling grain all of the way through to putting beer on tap
Recipe design
Brewing a wide varieties of beers
Maintaining cleanliness and organization
Working with other back of the house employees and responsibilities
An eye for process improvement and bringing new ideas and solutions to the table
