Job Description
We are looking for folks to join our taproom staff who are passionate about craft beer and the craft beer community, familiar with a wide variety of beer styles and dedicated to providing quality customer service. Our taproom is a place where we teach visitors about beer and the brewing process, share our story, and provide a space for the community to come together.
***Must be 21+ and must have weekend availability.***
This position will start training at our 3118 Rt. 10 W. Denville location and move to our 220 Franklin Road location in Randolph when we move in the Fall (date TBA). Primary responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
—Create a welcoming and friendly experience for all visitors.
—Perform brewery tours and educate customers on craft beer and our offerings.
—Serve draft beer (pours/growlers/crowlers).
—Check identification to verify customers are legal age to purchase alcohol and serve customers in compliance with all local, state, and federal laws and regulations.
—Operate the point of sale system for beer tabs and sales of beer and merchandise.
—Maintain a clean work area and taproom by removing trash, cleaning tables, and washing glasses and equipment.
—Must be able to lift 50lbs.
—Assist during company and community events.
—Perform other tasks as requested.
