Head Brewer
Job Description
Pop Top Brewing Company is a startup brewery looking to set up shop in the Livingston, NJ area. One of the many tasks still needed to become a fully functioning brewery is a Head Brewer. As the Head Brewer, they will work cohesively with the owners on making delicious hand crafted ales and lagers that will delight the palates for every beer lover. Pop Top Brewing is starting from the ground up and we want to make our dream a reality. With the right people and the right work ethic, we believe we can take the NJ beer scene by storm.
Requirements :
– Must be 21 years old or older
– Must have previous brewing experience with commercial equipment
– Must be willing to take responsibility for the entire brewing process (with the help of Dan and Mike)
– Is willing to help out serving beer during the week, but not required
– Have a good attitude everyday (because beer is fun!)
– 3.5bbl brewhouse
