Head Brewer
Job Description
We are a new 10BBL craft brewery opening in Flemington, NJ seeking a head brewer to manage all brewing operations, including formulation, yeast propagation, brewing, inventory management, tax reporting. We are seeking someone who is obsessed with cleanliness, can work flexible hours as needed with ability to lift 50-70 lbs bags of grain. We are seeking someone with a minimum of 2-3 years production brewing experience.
