Sales for Thunderbolt Distributing
Job Description
We are looking for a full time commissioned craft beer sales representatives to cover the following areas:
Hudson/Essex
Mercer/Middlesex
Union/Somerset
Monmouth/Ocean
We’re not your run of the mill craft beer distributor. We distribute for highly rated (Untappd & Beer Advocate) breweries from New Jersey as well as other states. Our products are highly regarded in the craft beer community making for a warm “cold” call.

Responsibilities include:
* Regularly call on current on and off premise accounts to check inventory, take orders, and present new products
* Call on on new and off premise accounts for new business development
* Arrange and facilitate tastings at high traffic locations.
* Maintain a competent knowledge base of our brewery partners and the beers they offer.
* Seek out local festivals where we can feature our products direct to consumers.
Requirements:
* Previous outside/B2B sales experience a must
* Previous beer/wine/spirits experience a plus but not required
* Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license
* Ability to pass a criminal check as required to obtain a NJ Solicitor’s Permit
* Current independent beverage representatives looking for additional brands are welcome to apply.
Compensation will be commission plus a monthly car stipend. We are a young company growing by leaps and bounds. We currently average 1-2 new accounts daily in each territory. Although you will immediately receive commission from current accounts, expect a 30 day ramp up to be fully up and running. This is an amazing opportunity
