Job Description
BTH Brewing is seeking another multi purpose employee. We are seeking to hire a new member to the team that will work as a Brewer’s assistant in the back of the house most of the time, while also being flexible enough to serve, and run a BeerTender shift as needed.
Qualified person will need to have a heavy interest in the craft beer industry, be open and willing to learn, and have some flexibility in scheduling as the need for this second person expands into a full time role. We are expanding quickly and will have future roles in distribution, sales and brewing, and those opportunities that this role can funnel and move into. Qualified individuals will need to be light on their feet, fun, and friendly, have the ability to go up a ladder and to move kegs onto a shelf.
Primary responsibilities will be to clean equipment and kegs, transferring beer to Brite tanks, kegging beer, running the canning machine, managing supply inventory, and other various tasks to keep the place running smoothly.
