Mount Holly: Join New Jersey Craft Beer and The Local Eatery and Pub for a beer pairing dinner including small plates and a main course! The dinner will be paired up with New Jersey beers, conversations with beer reps, the New Jersey Craft Beer team and celebrity beer fans like YOU!
Come visit The Local on February 27 starting at 6PM for the dinner but you are welcome to come mingle after 5PM!
The 5 course dinner including local craft beer is $75 per person or $60 if you are a NJCB Member plus tax and gratuity.
1st course Mussels served in herbed garlic broth and toast points
Paired with Forgotton Bordwalk, What The Butler Saw, Wit (first time on Nitro)
2nd course Spicy roast pork empanadas
Paired with Tonewood Brewing DDH Fuego
3rd course Rabbit Stew, potatoes, carrots, celery with ale gravy
Paired with Cape May Brewing, Devil’s Reach
4th course 48 hour braised short rib, mashed potatoes, Brussel sprouts
Paired with Spellbound Brewing, Peppered Bacon Maple Coffee Porter, Firkin
5th course Bread Pudding fritters with maple syrup sauce and powdered sugar
Paired with Ludlam Island Brewing, Polar Bear, Smoked Vanilla Porter
