We will be releasing our Oktoberfest on Sunday, 9/20. This is a very limited release. We only brewed one barrel of this beer so get it while it lasts!
We will also have some complementary festive snacks for the occasion.
Oktoberfest
Marzen Lager | 5.4% ABV | 22 IBU | 8.1 SRMOktoberfests were traditionally brewed in the month of March, thus the name Marzen, when they could be successfully fermented at lower temperatures and allowed to age, or “lager”, in caves throughout the warmer summer months. With modern refrigeration, we are now able to brew these malty fest beers year round and still achieve that smooth malty lager that is expected at harvest time. Our Oktoberfest starts with a blend of German Vienna and Munich malts which are balanced by just enough German noble hops to leave this beer with a huge malt presence. Prost!
