We have a special event coming up and want to make sure you are ready for our Oktoberfest Beer Dinner!

· Opening Beer-
o Flying Fish Oktoberfish (6.0% abv, IBU: 17) – “a tribute to the classic fest styles of Germany, the O’Fest uses European malts hops and yeast. A beautiful reddish color, a savory malt profile and nice hop flavor, make this Fest beer quite drinkable.”
· Potato Leek Soup Paired with:
o Hacker-Pschorr Oktoberfest (5.8% abv, 28 EBU)- “Original Oktoberfest ingredients 100% natural, brewed with spring water, Hacker Pschorr’s centuries old exclusive yeast strain…Classic Bavarian Marzen style, clear with rich amber color.
· Oktoberfest Pizza- weisswurst, bratwurst braised in sauerkraut and Ramstein’s Oktoberfest, topped with fontina, parmigiano, &dijon mustard. Paired with:
o Ramstein Oktoberfest (6% abv) “Amber lager with a rich malty aroma, smooth toasty palate, and sublte hop finish.”
Roasted Pork Loin- stuffed with prosciutto, roasted red pepper, and smoked mozzarella, in a rosemary garlic balsamic demi-glace, served with mashed potato and cucumber salad. Pairs with:
o Paulaner Weisn (6% abv, IBU: 21) “Paulaner Wiesn Bier is brewed today strictly according to the Bavarian purity law of 1516, using only the best ingredients. It has the character of a typically light bottom fermented festival beer- a deep golden yellow, with a balanced harmonious taste and the pleasant fragrance of hops. Full-bodied, wonderfully light and sweet Wiesn Bier.”
· Apricot Glazed Apple Tart with Vanilla Gelato paired with:
o Wolaver’s Pumpkin (5.3% abv) “golden amber ale with well-balanced malts and hops mildly spiced. Brewed with organic pumpkins by Local Vermont Farmers, less than 15 miles away from the brewery”
