The Restaurant Operators Conference welcomes all professionals of the food service industry to an exclusive and selective vendor show on April 7th 2014 in Pines Manor, Edison NJ.
The ROC Conference is not only a vendor show; it is a place where business and fun meet. The event is the home of fun and exciting sub-events such as the Annual Mixologist of the Year Competition, the NJ Top New Chef Competition, Blind Wine Tasting by Master Sommelier and Culinary Demo by Cake Boss Mauro!
The NJ Restaurant Association is looking to create a “Beer & Wine Garden”. Because we value this as partnership, we came up with a preferential deal for NJ Brewing Companies offering them a Beer Garden Package which includes 3 exhibitors tables for only $500. Regular package offer only 1 table for $500!
