The Beer Dinner was really well done. The four courses were really well paired with four different Sam Adams beers. The food was amazing and the beers complimented it perfectly. It was nice to have Jay, the rep, from Sam Adams, around to talk about each beer between the courses as well as the Chef come out and explain every course. M&S have a lot of wine dinners there so they definitely know what they are doing as far as the dinner is concerned. I also appreciated that they didn’t just go with the flagship Sam Adams beers. The first course paired with Sam Summer but after that it we had Imperial White, Latitude 48 IPA, and Blackberry Witbier.
