SOURS!….. All Czig Meister Sours $8/Pint
These are our first production kettle sours and they are tasting amazing. All three are the same IPA base hopped and then dry-hopped with Citra. They were then conditioned separately on different fruits. This new series will be called the Sundial Series. More to come in the future.6.3% ABV and 24 IBU
Mango Passionfruit Vanilla – Tropical juice, decent sour characteristic with a little extra Passionfruit pucker, rounded out by further conditioning on madagascar vanilla beans.
Tangerine Apricot – Exploding with citrus flavor, this one came out like a glass of tart fruit juice. Super drinkable and extremely juicy.
Sunrise Sherbet – A blend of raspberry, passionfruit, lime and orange zest, this sour came out with amazing fruit flavor as well as a great reddish hue. Think of rainbow sherbet in sour form
