Bedminster: Spirits in the Night 2016 is happening at The Center for Contemporary Art

Last year’s sold-out event “Spirits in the Night” returns to The Center for Contemporary Art on Friday, October 21, 2016. “Spirits in the Night” is The Center’s major fall fundraiser. This unique event offers a walk-around tasting of some of New Jersey’s best distilled spirits, craft beers, and wine all within the setting of fine art galleries and professional art studios. Attendees will be able to see a replica of Doc Brown’s DeLorean time machine from Back to the Future, which will be parked on The Center’s grounds.
Exclusively showcasing local New Jersey companies, vendors participating include: 902 Brewing Company, Beach Haus Brewery, Claremont Distillery, Cooper River Distillers, Heathermeade Distillers, Flying Fish Brewing Company, Jersey Artisan Distilling, Laird and Company and many others!
Tickets for “Spirits in the Night” are now on sale and start at $55 in advance ($65 at the door). The price of admission includes a sampling from each vendor, hors d’oeuvres from Dean’s Natural Market, desserts from Seasons 52, door prizes, silent auction,
raffle and more. A special Designated Driver ticket (will not be served alcohol) may be purchased for $25. The event will be held from 7-10 p.m. at The Center’s location, 2020 Burnt Mills Road in Bedminster.Guests who want to start tasting early are invited to an “Early Access” party from 6-7 p.m. This special party features hors d’oeuvres from Metropolitan Seafood, a custom signature cocktail by Claremont Distillery and a private meet-and-greet with New Jersey’s own award-winning artist Mel Leipzig, whose work is on exhibit at The Center. “Early Access” party guests will also have the opportunity to go back in time like Marty McFly and climb aboard Doc Brown’s DeLorean from Back to the Future to have their photo taken. Tickets for the “Early Access Party” are $150 in advance ($175 at the door) and include admission to the full event.
