The purpose of this dinner is to offer a counter-narrative to what many of you are inundated by: mass market ciders. Pitting New-World vs. Old-World, you will get a taste of what many of the best cider makers are doing here in the United States and abroad. Breaking new ground while also tipping the hat to hundreds of years of tradition and expertise, these ciders will give you a whole new impression as to what the possibilities of this drink are.
