Greg from Ramstein sent this over! This Friday we will debut a bourbon barrel aged vintage Maibock. The 2011 Maibock was aged for months in a buffalo trace bourbon barrel with vanilla and wild summer yeast. The beer designed for summer release, has a rich aroma of bourbon and vanilla. The flavor is bight tart citrus with wood and malt notes. The finish is warm and smooth with clean notes of bourbon and vanilla.
