Test Dept.™ Black No.1
ABV: 12.7Black No.1 is made exclusively of Baird’s malt (UK) this stout is seeing as our base beer for our Bourbon Barrel Aged beer schedule for a Winter 2019 release. Brewed with Marris Otter, roasted barely and chocolate malt, it also includes 24lbs of coco nibs.
The flavor profile is dark chocolate, with some nice roasted flavors and a hint of dried fruit. Jet Black in color with a milk chocolate head. This beer looks as delicious as it tastes. The 12.7 ABV is substantial but completely on the warming side and not boozy.
We only have a few kegs of this. We’ll pour it till the last drop is served!
