Release 1 – Test Dept.™ Peach Cobbler
ABV: 6.2%
IBU: 23
An English style Mild Ale fermented with 100% All natural Peach Puree. The ABV is raised a bit because of the added peaches in the fermentor. The finished beer is then aged on even more peach puree. It’s a bit on the thick side and the peach flavor comes through nicely. Horizon and Cascade hops are used.

Release 2 – Test Dept.™ Watermelon Ale
ABV: 6.6%
IBU: 34
A Cream Ale aged on lots of watermelon chunks. – “The Fruit is in the Keg!!” The aroma is full of watermelon flesh and a bit of the rind too. Finishes balanced with a touch of sweetness at the end. The aging on the fruit also created a bubbly secondary fermentation so the bubbles linger throughout. Summit and Cascade hops
