The amount of moving parts to a festival of our size is unfathomable to most people, so this was a decision that was difficult to make and coordinating with parties involved took all of last week, it should come as no surprise that The 15th Annual Atlantic City Beer and Music Festival is rescheduled.
the new dates for the 2020 Atlantic City Beer and Music Festival and Hops Trot 5k will be:
Session 1: Friday, August 7 from 8pm – 12am.
Session 2: Saturday, August 8 from 12pm – 4pm
Hops Trot 5k 10am
Session 3: Saturday, August 8 from 6pm – 10pm.
The Atlantic City Beer and Music Festival has been rescheduled. Good Time Tricycle Productions takes the safety and health of our patrons, participants, partners and staff very seriously. Without these important groups of humans, we wouldn’t be able to do what we do best, which is throw amazing parties for the masses. During this time of world-wide uncertainty, we must do our part to help combat the spread of this virus, which unfortunately, means the rescheduling of our beloved event. We know that most of our attendees look forward to this event every year, and we are very sorry to have to disappoint our fans who have been planning their 2020 outing since the 2019 event’s end. We hope that everyone stands behind our decision and understands that this was one of the hardest decisions we have ever had to make.
With that being said, the new dates for the 2020 Atlantic City Beer and Music Festival will be Friday, August 7 from 8pm – 12am and Saturday, August 8from 12pm – 4pm and 6pm – 10pm. All tickets purchased for the April dates will be honored for the rescheduled August dates. Purchasers will be notified via email or through our Social Media channels on how to obtain a refund if they are unable to attend.
We were extremely proud of the music line-up we put together for the 2020 event, and we are thrilled to announce that New Found Glory, Goldfinger, and Against Me will all still be performing at their perspective sessions. We’re excited that these artists have chosen to spend time in our seaside city to help thousands of beer lovers celebrate the art and craft that is BEER!
For all of our beer drinking runners, the 5th Annual Hops Trot 5K will also be rescheduled for Saturday, August 8. Now, our trotters have some more time to get in shape and set a goal to make it into the festival in record time!
We want to let all of our fans know, that this is only a date a change. We are still promising one of the most anticipated craft beer events on the East Coast featuring over 600 beers from over 150 breweries from across the globe, as well as world-famous cuisine from staple Atlantic County restaurants, unique vendors, culinary demonstrations, educational seminars, side show acts and some “off the wall” activities.
Thank you for your continued support and we look forward to seeing you this Summer at what will be the 15th year for this epic event. Same place, same people, same fun, just new dates and a little less clothing required!
