Somerdale: The Future of Brewing Yeast presented by Omega Yeast is happening at Flying Fish Brewing Company

Join Lance Shaner and Haley Luke from Omega Yeast for a talk on topics including Norwegian kveik (history and use in modern brewing), hybrids, and genetically modified yeast strains. We will also have a couple beers brewed special for the event with some awesome strains from Omega Yeast. This event will run from 7-9 pm at Flying Fish Brewing Company (900 Kennedy Blvd, Somerdale, NJ 08083). There is no charge for the event but we ask folks to register ahead of time.
