Pennington: The Referend Open Tasting Day is happening at The Referend Bier Blendery

The Referend Bier Blendery will be open for public tastings this Saturday, December 17 from 2-8 pm. There will be a selection of all spontaneously fermented, barrel-aged beer available for sale: 4-5 casks pouring a range of our mature Berliner Messe, a spontaneously fermented Berliner Weisse, as well as Jung, a beer brewed and fermented in Belgium’s lambic tradition, pulled prematurely from the barrel to taste its progression. For the time being, pours are exclusively available at the blendery, with bottles available beginning this spring.
