Clifton and Ramsey: The Shannon Rose Irish Pubs “Rock The Patio” is happening at The Shannon Rose Irish Pubs

The Shannon Rose Irish Pubs – featuring a chef-driven, scratch-made menu that blends Irish pub classics and new tavern favorites, served amidst an atmosphere reminiscent of an authentic Irish public house – will host “Rock the Patio” every Thursday and Friday throughout July and August at its Clifton and Ramsey pubs. Guests can enjoy a raw bar, chef’s food features, craft beer, cocktail and wine features and great giveaways.
In addition, “Patio Parties” will be held at the Clifton and Ramsey location on Friday, July 31 and Friday, August 28, beginning at 5PM, which include live entertainment from 5 – 8PM along with the chance to win tickets to some of the area’s hottest summer concerts! Menu highlights for Rock the Patio, which are available both on the patio and in-restaurant, include:
Raw Bar
•Blue Point Oysters – Screaming fresh from the point and shucked to order. Served with traditional mignonette, cocktail and horseradish. Available by the dozen or 1/2 dozen.
•Peel & Eat Shrimp – Poached in our rich Shannon Rose Amber Ale with Old Bay and lemon with cocktail, horseradish and fresh lemon. Available by the pound and 1/2 pound.
•Rockin’ Oysters – Fresh Blue Point oysters tossed in cornmeal and fried crisp. Topped with spinach and artichoke cream with crisp bacon and Parmesan cheese.
•Seared Tuna – Peppercorn and sesame seed crusted, seared rare with wasabi cream and sweet soyChef’s Food Feature
