Clifton, Ramsey and Woodbridge: The Shannon Rose Irish Pubs’ ‘Thrill of the Grill’ Menu and Father’s Day Giveaway is happening at The Shannon Rose Irish Pubs

The Shannon Rose Irish Pubs, featuring a chef-driven, scratch-made menu that blends Irish pub classics and new tavern favorites, is kicking off summer with its Thrill of the Grill Menu at its locations in Clifton, Ramsey and Woodbridge. The Shannon Rose culinary team has crafted an array of flavorful, grilled dishes, while also including suggested beer pairings from Brooklyn Brewery’s summer selection of favorites to complement each dish. Suggested wine pairings are also available. The menu will be available June 8 – 21 and includes:
• Grilled Steak & Avocado Salsa Crostini – Grilled hanger steak, sliced on a grilled baguette and topped with avocado-lime salsa and grilled cherry tomatoes. Pair with Brooklyn Lager.
• Grilled Street Corn Elote – Fresh, sweet corn grilled and covered with cayenne aioli and Cotija cheese. Pair with Brooklyn Blast IPA.
• Tequila Shrimp Skewer – Gulf shrimp marinated with tequila, lime and fresh herbs, dusted with a spicy rub and grilled, served with cilantro rice and grilled sweet corn. Pair with Brooklyn Summer Ale.
• Grilled Pesto Chicken – Herb-marinated chicken breasts grilled and topped with house-made pesto, served with ancient grain tabbouleh salad and grilled summer squash. Pair with Brooklyn Greenmarket Wheat.
• Guinness Glaze Barbecue Ribs – Dusted with our special rib seasoning and grilled, served with sweet corn bread pudding and house-made cole slaw. Pair with Brooklyn Sorachi Ice.
In addition, in celebration of Father’s Day, guests can enter for the chance to win a Weber grill or VIP experience at Brooklyn Brewery – the perfect gift for dear old dad! There will be two winners per pub location. Cask Night at The Shannon Rose: On Friday, June 19th Brooklyn Brewery is providing a Brooklyn Brown Ale cask from 6pm to 8pm at The Shannon Rose in Woodbridge.
