I spoke to the folks at the Shep the other day and found out they are expanding, growing their space to fit more bar tables. They will also be adding typical pub food to a restaurant next door. This growth is going to allow for the Shep to up their taps to 60 and allow for more craft beer and room to walk around, chat and hang out with your friends and family. I have a quote from Chris Schiavo, the owner of The Shep.
Our expansion plans are set to go forward within the next two weeks hopefully and we are heading next door Food Steak Fish Kabobs over Piilaf Bisques Crab and Lobster; pub grub tokens like burgers, fries, ribs, and sirloin tips stews and beerbattered onion rings and chicken tenders to die for…
…off street parking to our side. We are making a parking lot and across the street we will have free valet of up to as many slots we need. We will T-Off 12 double up or repeat lines from our pub into our restaurant portion, but 36 new lines will be added for a total of sixty, however we will at times have 60 different lines. When we allow a takeover is what they call it now? Pumpkin ales, Christmas Wassails, or outposting a Belgian tier. It is fecund with possibility. We will also feature a short table of cask conditioned ales on weekends or select weekday nights.
There will be more updates as progress is made as The Shep goes into their 14 year of operation!
