Along with two locations in Red Bank and Oakhurst, Tommy’s Coal Fired Pizza has recently expanded to Brick, NJ. Their newest location (515 Route 70, Brick, NJ) will be holding a beer-tasting event on Thursday, June 23 at 9pm. The event, intended to pair bigger-bodied beers with appropriate food, will showcase five craft beers served across a four-course meal. Among the beer that will be offered are Founder’s Centennial IPA and La Chouffe, a Belgian Blond Ale. The rest of the lineup, along with the food pairings and pricing, will be posted once the information becomes available. This event is offered through reservation only.
In addition, for anyone unfamiliar with Tommy’s Coal Fired Pizza, the Brick location offers a decent variety of craft beer, both on-tap and in bottles. Weekly specials, which include half-price beer pitchers every Thursday, run from 4pm-close. Happy Hour runs Monday through Friday 4pm-7pm and every night 10pm-close.
