8 Anniversary Premium Lager – 8 years, wow! Craft beer has changed a LOT in 8 years. To celebrate the return to the roots of brewing, we crafted a classic premium lager. Pilsen, Munich, and Vienna malts fermented out on German Lager Yeast. This was lightly hopped with Halltertau Blanc, Loral, and Mandarina hops for a crisp, clean, easy drinking beer. eNJoy!
8 Anniversary West Coast IPA – For our second anniversary beer, we threw it back to the style that was all the rage when we opened: West Coast Style IPAs. We designed a slightly malt forward base with plenty of IBUs to lend some bitterness. You’ll get a mix of fruity and dank hops from the large additions of Amarillo, El Dorado, Ekuanot, and Warrior.
