On Friday, July 22, Maloney’s is offering a four-course dinner at 7:30 pm. The dinner costs $55 per person and reservations are required. The menu is as follows
Lobster bisque, served with Unibroue Blanche de Chambly (witbier, 5%)
Chilled seafood salad, shrimp calamari and scallops, tossed in lemon, olive oil and fresh herbs served atop mixed greens, paired with Unibroue Raftman (Belgian Pale Ale, 5.5%)
Double-thick, boneless pork-chops, stuffed with apples and sausage, paired with Unibroue La Fin du Monde (triple, 9%)
A flourless chocolate torte will be paired with Unibroue Noire de Chambly (Belgian Dark Ale, 6.2%)
In addition to the beer at the dinner, Maloney’s will also have Ephemere Cassis, Maudite, Don De Dieu, and Trois Pistoles available.
