Bernard Johnson is hosting an Unibroue beer dinner at Bistro 55 in Rochelle Park. The restaurant is working on a food menu but the beer menu is as follows.
Blanche De Chambly (welcome drink), La Fin Du Monde (appetizer), Ephemere (salad course), Maudite (entree) and the Trois Pistoles for dessert.
The dinner on March 23 from 6 to 9pm and is $75 per person. Here’s the menu in a PDF.
Bistro 55 is on Route 17 in Rochelle Park. You can easily pass by it if you’re driving in the left lane due south of the GSP Mall. A menu can be found on their website as well.
