Village Idiot brewing officially opened it’s doors to the public on December 20, 2013. Co-founded by owners Vince Masciandaro and Rich Palmay, the brewery is located at 42-44 High St, Mount Holly, at the spot formerly occupied by the Bridgetown Pub. 8 and 16oz servings of craft beer are available, as are 32oz mini-growlers. Fresh and local product is the draw, and the opening lineup includes blonde and brown ales, a Belgian tripel, and an oatmeal chocolate stout on nitro. Coming soon is a double IPA which smells fantastic. The warm, family friendly location and quality beer on tap should make Village Idiot Brewing a go-to location for NJ craft beer explorers.
