On January 23 there’s a Weyerbacher beer dinner at Winberie’s hosted by our friend Natalie, the Jersey rep. We’re working on details but here’s what I know so far from Danielle, the manager in Princeton.
As always, our beer dinners are $50pp, all inclusive, 6 courses, 6 beers, all delicious. We always have a rep there to explain the beers and teach us about the brewery. There are always gift bags. Each course created with a specific beer in mind. We do not use ANY of our regular menu items. We serve everything from ceviche, to poached quail eggs, to cocoa-loco short ribs. As soon as we have something definite, I would love to pass along the information to you.
