Merry Monks’ paired with Merry Monks’ risotto with shrimp, crab, and roasted peppers.
Blithering Idiot paired with a cayenne and coffee rubbed steak with half sweet mashed potatoes and an herbed demi-glace.
Old Heathen (on the hand pump) paired with a Double Simcoe IPA, rosemary, and Meyer lemon ice cream on top a blonde cake with a balsamic Old Heathen reduction sauce.
