Stopped by White Horse Liquors in Absecon for a six-pack. Chad Umansky and Adam Sternberger, co-beer-geeks-in-charge, have created an awesome selection, too many to list, six packs and large format bottles. Troegs Mad Elf is a recent arrival (a customer bought two cases the day it arrive in the store) along with the rest of the parade of winter brews. Pumpkin beers and Oktoberfests are selling out and are on their way out.
A few days ago, a beer tasting was being held from 2-5 p.m. Featured beers are Smuttynose Pumpkin Ale and Leinenkugel’s Oktoberfest. We’ll try to give more advance notice on future beer promotions and events.
