Winter beerfest at Geraghty’s, Burlington

Very late notice, but check this festival out.  It’s kinda a hybrid food and beer thing with tickets.

Winter Beerfest Menu

Appetizers:

Steen Brugge Belgian Tripel steam mussels with bacon, shallots, and red potatoes.

6 tickets

Pork and water-chestnut lettuce wraps with Asian beer BBQ sauce.

4 tickets

 

Entree:

Seared scallops served over roasted pepper and asparagus Delirium risotto with a red wine balsamic reduction.

12 tickets

 

 

Dessert:

Cheesecake with Sam Adam’s Cherry Chocolate Bock caramel sauce.
