Just got off the phone with the Chef, Chris, from Harbor View Restaurant.  They are having a 7 Course Yard’s Brewery Beer Dinner tomorrow, March 8 at 6:30.  Here’s the menu that Ron from Yards just sent over!



Philly Onion Soup – Caramelized Onions, Simmered in a Rich Philadelphia Pale Ale & Beef Broth. Baked with Cooper Sharp Cheese & Herbed Croutons.

Independence Mussels – Steamed with Garlic, Shallots, Green Onions, Tomatoes, Tarragon & Lemon Juice finished with Thomas Jefferson Tavern Ale.

Tiger’s Eye – Pan Seared Scallop Wrapped in Smoked Salmon with an Apple Bourbon Glaze.

Scotch Egg atop Spring Mix with Walnuts, Manchego Cheese, Yellow Tomatoes, Cucumber, Shaved Red Onion & Sour Dough Croutons with a Roasted Onion Whole Grain Mustard and a Tavern Spruce Ale Vinaigrette.

Brawler Pot Pie – Tender Cubes of Elk simmered with Yukon Gold Potatoes, Parsnips, Fresh Veggies & Herbs in a Yards Brawler Infused Rich Brown Gravy Baked with a Flaky Crust.



Dungeness Crab Cake – Topped with a Saffron India Pale Ale Sauce & Roasted Pepper Relish served with Arugula, Pine Nuts, Roasted Shallots and Parmesan Herb Risotto.
