YARDS BREWERY TOUR and MOREat Keg & Kitchen

On Tuesday July 31, 2012, Keg & Kitchen in conjunction with Destination Brew, is hosting a brewery tour and tasting at Yard’s Brewing in Philadelphia. Tickets are $50 and must be purchased in advance. Just ask your server or bartender at Keg & Kitchen for info. There are a few spots still available, so make sure to stop by and get your ticket. TIME: 5PM

This trip includes a bus trip to the brewery complete with tastings, a YARDS cap, and sampling of the first 2012 release of CAPE of GOOD HOPE. Transportation will be provided back to Keg & Kitchen for a special 4 course YARDS-influenced menu prepared by chef Ean. The menu is as follows:

1^st Course

Toasted baguette, duck prosciutto, Brawler spiced apple jam

 

 

2^nd Course

Pan seared crispy crawfish shallot ravioli, ESA romesco sauce

 

 

3^rd Course

Philly Pale Ale marinated sirloin, beer whiz, truffled Portobello Carpaccio, Liscio’s Roll w/ marrow butter

Duck fat disco fries

 

 

4^th Course

Beer-amisu

Mascarpone custard, whipped cream, Love Stout soaked lady fingers
