How does it work?

Once I become a Member, how does it work?

Your Membership arrives by snail mail and you use it to explore the beer scene.

Is the discount from my NJCB Membership applicable for just me or the entire group?

The NJCB Membership and subsequent benefits is valid for ONLY the individual NJCB Member printed on their Membership Card for the calendar year.

Where is my Membership Card?

Sometimes there are delays, if you were emailed your receipt that it was completed and shipped but have not seen it arrive after 14 days, contact us. We can resend it after verifying information from you.

How do I order a gift Membership for someone?

If I order as a gift, will they get emails alerting them about the gift?

Where’s my Member Only Content and Exclusives?

It’s tied to your email account, your account on newjerseycraftbeer.com and the Facebook Members Only Group. If you did not Subscribe and were gifted a Membership or bought in person at our events, the account on njcb is not setup yet. Details on that will be coming soon. Contact with questions.

If I lost or got my Membership Card stolen, can I get a replacement?

Mobile vs Regular Site vs App

The mobile site and the desktop site are the same however the menu items on the Mobile Site are limited. To make it more streamlined, we have a Members Only mobile site.
