Circa, in High Bridge, is having their 6th Annual Oktoberfest part on October 9 from 1-6PM. German food, seasonal beer and live music in the Circa Beer Garden according to Ruddy, one of the co-owners. Ruddy said it’s pay as you go and no cover charge.
