Bernard Johnson is hosting an Unibroue beer dinner at Bistro 55 in Rochelle Park. The restaurant is working on a food menu but the beer menu is as follows. Blanche De Chambly (welcome drink), La Fin Du Monde (appetizer), Ephemere (salad course), Maudite (entree) and the Trois Pistoles for dessert.
